Client Payment Information

For clients paying for psychological services via card (powered by Stripe), please note the following:

• Payments for psychological services are made to From Understanding Pty Ltd

• Refunds will be offered in full for any cancelations made with 3 (or more) hours notice

• A late notice fee of $50 will be charged for any cancelations made with less than 3 hours notice
